individual care they require, from cataract surgery to laser vision correction.  Dr. Singer is an experienced surgeon, certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Singer has performed thousands of laser vision correction procedures on four different lasers and now exclusively uses the VISX Star S4 IR laser to perform all LASIK procedures.
