As Dr. Haley says, "The practice of
ophthalmology is one of the only fields of medicine that
allows us to give instant patient gratification and
improvement in quality of life. After cataract or refractive
surgery, our patients will usually notice immediately the
improvement in their vision. This is certainly immensely
rewarding for both the doctor and the patient. In addition,
our patients can usually return very quickly to their normal
activities with minimal restrictions, so they don't have to
suffer any significant interruptions in their lives."
I summary, our goal is for our patients to
feel that they have gotten the best and latest eye care
possible.
