Selecting your doctor
Which doctor you see depends on the situation at the time of your appointment. If you have an emergency we suggest you see the doctor that is available. If you have been referred by another doctor we ask that you schedule with the doctor he/she recommended.
If you have not been referred and it is not a emergency you may want to review the specialties of each doctor and this should assist you in making your decision.
Our Ophthalmologists
Dr. Haley specializes in treatment of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retina, cornea diseases and conditions, cataract surgery, eye lid surgery, and other surgical procedures as well as other diseases and conditions of the eye. Dr. Haley is available in the Baton Rouge, Hammond and Covington offices.
Dr. Singer specializes in LASIK. Dr. Singer is available in the Baton Rouge office.
Dr. Nelson specializes in LASIK, treatment of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retina, cornea diseases and conditions, cataract surgery as well as other diseases and conditions of the eye. Dr. Nelson is available in the Baton Rouge and Gonzales offices.
Dr. Williamson specializes in cosmetic surgery (which includes eye lid surgery, brow lifts, laser skin resurfacing and the weekend neck lift), cataract surgery, treatment of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, as well as other diseases and conditions of the eye. Dr. Williamson is available in the Baton Rouge office.
Dr. Gerard Guidry specializes in general eye care.

Dr. Thomas is in the Hammond location,and specializes in general eye care, eye exam, treatment of eye diseases, pre and post operative surgical care, glasses and contact fittings. There is an optical at this location.
Dr. Lamendola is in the Gonzales location and specializes in general eye care, eye exams, treatment of eye diseases, pre and post operative surgical care, glasses and contact fittings. There is an optical at this location.
Dr. Silbernagel is in the Covington location and specializes in general eye care, eye exams, treatment of eye diseases, pre and post operative care, glasses and contact fittings. There is an optical at this location.
